At OD's Designer Clothing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack the designer apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all original designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship the Parcel

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or post office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
